■Product information: Metallic saw
This is a circular blade for highly accurate metal cutting. It is carefully manufactured by a grinding machine with high rigidity using special heat treatment techniques under perfect temperature control.
We have a variety of colours: black (tanning treatment), white (Cr Planningl) and gold (Tin-plating).

Cutting oil penetrates into the minute bubbles formed on the side surface of the blade through the oxidization treatment. The bubbles maintain a cooling effect, reduce abrasion on the side surfaces and prevent adhesion of cutting chips. All of which result in a longer life for the cutting blade. |

Features: |
Coating prevents adhesion of cutting chips, which results in strong rust and abrasion resistance. The tool lasts longer due to the small friction coefficient and is most appropriate for cutting stickable stainless steel alloy. |

The surfaces are covered with a chemical compound made up of titan and nitrogen. The compound has high rigidity and superb abrasion resistance which will result in the tool having an extremely long life free from seizure.
